  • Sanitation levels have been increased across all high traffic, high touchpoint and shared area surfaces.
  • We also increased the frequency of cleans in our facilities and other common areas.

In the unfortunate situation that your upcoming stay with us may be affected due to Government border changes related to Covid-19, you contract Covid-19 or you are a close contact requiring isolation, please rest assured knowing that we are in this together and together we will have you holidaying again very soon!

Here is what to expect during your stay at Royal Palm Resort;

  • We are proud to offer flexibility and support for all direct bookings made with Royal Palm Resort that are affected by Covid-19. Simply contact our friendly reception team and we will happily arrange a full travel credit so that you can enjoy your holiday at a later date.
  • Your travel credit will allow you to change your booking dates up to 24 hours prior to arrival, without fees if affected by Covid-19.
  • Date change will be subject to availability at time of rescheduling.
  • Your total booking value will become a travel credit which can be redeemed within 12 months of your original booking.
